Tomato Rice Soup


Ingredients for Making Rice Tomato Soup

  1. Water 1.5 liters. taste
  2. Rice polished top grade 80 g. To taste
  3. 250 g potato to taste
  4. 1 carrot taste
  5. Onion 1 pc. taste
  6. Salad pepper 1 pc. taste
  7. Ham sausage 200 g to taste
  8. Butter 30g to taste
  9. Greens 3 tbsp. l taste
  10. Tomatoes 170 g to taste
  11. Salt to taste. taste
  • Main ingredients: Potato, Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Rice

While rice is cooked, peel, chop vegetables.

Tomatoes pour boiling water for 1 minute, drain the water, peel.

Cut the pepper into strips.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Rice cooked until half cooked, send potatoes to the pan. Cook until potatoes and rice are cooked.

For steaming, cut the onion into strips.

Cut the carrots into cubes.

Cut the sausage into cubes.

Fry the onion in butter until transparent, add carrots and sausage.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

As the potatoes are ready, salt the soup to taste, add the sauté, pepper, tomatoes to the soup. Mix gently so as not to break the potatoes, let the soup boil. Turn off the heat, insist on the soup for 10 minutes, pour on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
