- Onion 120 g.
- Water 50 ml.
- Pita 3 pcs.
- Vegetable oil for frying to taste

Cooking lazy pasties from pita bread:
Finely chop the onion, pour into a bowl.
Combine onion, minced meat, salt, ground pepper, add water and mix well.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Cut the pita bread into equal squares, lay the minced meat one half diagonally. Brush the edge with an egg. Covered with the second half of pita bread and press the edges with your fingers.
Fry pita bread in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Put the fried pita bread on a paper towel, in one layer.
