Mushroom and Chicken Salad


Ingredients for Salad with Mushrooms and Chicken

Cooking a salad with champignons and chicken:

Step 1: prepare the egg.


We lay the egg in a small pan and fill it with ordinary cold water so that the liquid completely covers the component. We put the container on medium heat, and after boiling, cook the egg for 7-10 minutes.

Immediately after that, turn off the burner, and put the pan, holding the kitchen tacks, put it in the sink under a stream of cold water. When the component has completely cooled, clear it from the shell and put it on a cutting board.
Using an average grater, grind the egg and pour it into a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare the champignons.


Rinse mushrooms under running water and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, we remove coarsened places on the legs and caps of mushrooms. Then grind the component into pieces and pour into a small bowl.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the contents of the container are well warmed up, put the crushed champignons here. From time to time, stirring with a wooden spatula, fry the mushrooms for 7-10 minutes. Attention: the component must be covered with a soft golden crust. Immediately after that we turn off the cooking zone, sprinkle champignons with salt to taste and again mix everything thoroughly with improvised equipment.

Step 3: prepare the chicken fillet.


In a free small pot, pour ordinary cold water and put on medium heat. To make the liquid boil faster, cover the container with a lid. In the meantime, prepare the meat.

To do this, thoroughly wash the chicken under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the component from grease, films and veins.

When the water in the pan begins to boil, add salt to taste, mix thoroughly with a tablespoon and slightly reduce the heat. Spread chicken slices here and wait for boiling again. Attention: foam begins to appear on the surface of the liquid. Be sure to remove it with a slotted spoon. Now cook the meat for 35-45 minutes to softness. After the allotted time, we check the degree of readiness of the component with a fork. If it easily enters the chicken flesh, then turn off the burner. If not, then you need to extend the cooking time for 5-7 minutes.

We take the meat out of hot water and put it on a cutting board. Leave it for a while aside so that it cools to room temperature. Immediately after that, using a knife, cut the chicken into medium slices and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 4: prepare hard cheese.


Using a medium grater, grind hard cheese directly on a cutting board. Immediately after this, pour the chips into a free plate and leave it aside for a while.

Step 5: prepare a salad with champignons and chicken.


In a deep serving dish or special food container, spread the first layer of chicken fillet. Then grease them with a small amount of mayonnaise, leveling the salad with a tablespoon. Immediately after that, add the fried mushrooms. Attention: they do not need to be lubricated, since they themselves go juicy with vegetable oil.

We spread the boiled grated egg with the next layer and grease everything again with mayonnaise. At the end, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Everything, a salad with champignons and chicken is ready!

Step 6: serve salad with champignons and chicken.


Ready-made salad can be served immediately at the dining table. The dish turns out not only very tasty, but also hearty. Therefore, it can be enjoyed as a main meal only with slices of bread.
