  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g lard
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons food vinegar
  • 50 ml water
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 2 coated baking powders
  • For the icing: 200 g milk chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • candies for decoration

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

Knead a dough from all the ingredients. The dough should be like a plasticine and should not stick to your hands. If necessary, add a little more flour or, if necessary, 2-3 tablespoons of water. We wrap the dough in food foil and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. After the two hours have passed, we take out the dough and form balls that we then lengthen and form sticks that we bring in the shape of a horseshoe. Bake the croissants in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees C, for about 20 minutes.

Let the croissants cool and in the meantime prepare the icing. Break the chocolate into small pieces, add the milk and melt them on a steam bath. Soak the croissants in chocolate icing and sprinkle balls for ornament.

Good appetite!!!
