Cooking barbecue in a pan:
Step 1: prepare the onion.
Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. We spread the component on a cutting board and cut into thin half rings. The chopped onions are moved to a clean medium bowl and temporarily set aside.
Step 2: prepare the pork.
Rinse the pork thoroughly under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, if necessary, clean the meat from the films. Now cut the component into small pieces (approximately 3-4 centimeters in length and width). Transfer the pork into a clean medium bowl and proceed to the preparation of the barbecue.
Step 3: cook the kebab in the pan.
We put the pan on medium heat and heat it well. Immediately after that, pour vegetable oil into it to taste. Attention: if the meat is with a small amount of fat, then the first component can be added without sparing, as pork will dry out during the frying process. Now put the pieces of pork in the container and cover with a lid. The meat should drain the juice. As soon as this happens, remove the lid from the pan and simmer our future barbecue for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula. After that, we again cover the pan with the appropriate equipment, reduce the heat and continue to cook the dish until the liquid evaporates. Important: be sure to periodically stir everything with a wooden spatula and check pork for preparedness.
If the meat is still quite tough, and there is practically no juice left, then be sure to add a little ordinary cool water and continue to stew the kebab.
Immediately after that, slightly increase the heat and fry the pork slices on all sides until golden brown.
Then pour white dry wine into the pan, mix everything with a wooden spatula and simmer for 10 minutes.
After the allotted time, we again tighten the fire, cover the container with a lid and continue to simmer the barbecue until the alcohol completely evaporates.
At the end, add half the onion rings to the meat, salt and pepper to taste, and also mix everything well with improvised stock. Increase the heat slightly and continue to fry the dish. Attention: a small amount of vegetable oil can be added as needed. When the onion gets a golden hue, turn off the burner and start serving the dining table, because the kebab is ready!
Step 4: serve the barbecue in a pan.
Using a wooden spatula, we shift the barbecue on a special flat plate and treat friends with an unusually delicious dish along with fried or boiled potatoes, rice or a salad of fresh vegetables. If desired, you can decorate the kebab with fresh onion rings or pomegranate seeds.
