Cooking tender cheesecakes:
Step 1: prepare the curd mixture.
In order for the cheesecakes to turn out tender, it is worth using loose, fatty or fat-free cottage cheese without grains. In any case, if there isn’t much choice, and in your refrigerator the usual curd is littered, wipe it through a sieve with a fine mesh or lay it out in a deep bowl and carefully knead with a table fork. Then we add regular sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, baking soda, chicken eggs and rub everything again.
Then in the same bowl we put 4 tablespoons of sifted wheat flour and mix all the components of the curd mixture to a homogeneous consistency. Pour the remaining flour into a deep plate and proceed to the next step.
Step 2: form the cheesecakes.
We collect a whole teaspoon (with a slide) of the curd mixture, put it in a plate with flour and roll, forming a ball the size of a large walnut or plum.
Then we press it with palms on both sides so that we get a flat cake with a thickness of 1.5-2 centimeters, and put it on a cutting board or tabletop, lightly sprinkled with a layer of flour. In the same way, we form the remaining cheesecakes until the curd mixture ends.
Step 3: fry the cheesecakes.
Now we put the pan on a small fire and pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. A few minutes later we lower the first batch of cheesecakes there and fry them on both sides until golden brown. It will take a little time, approximately 4-5 minutes.
As soon as they are browned, with the help of a kitchen spatula we transfer the fragrant rounds onto a plate, add a little oil to the pan and send the next batch to fry.
In the same way we cook all the cheesecakes until the curd mixture is over. After that, they will settle a little, but this will not affect the taste of the dish. We serve yummy to the table and taste it!
Step 4: serve the tender cheesecakes.
Delicate cheesecakes served warm as a dessert.
If desired, each serving can be supplemented with sour cream, icing sugar, jam, jam, condensed milk, cream, chocolate chips, jam, cream or whatever you like. Enjoy the good old recipes!
Enjoy your meal!
