Chicken and Pepper Rice Ingredients

Cooking rice with chicken and pepper:
Step 1: prepare the pic.
First of all, we sort the rice and remove different rubbish from it, if any.
Then we transfer the grains to a deep bowl, rinse thoroughly under cold running water several times, drop them into a sieve with a fine mesh and leave it on it 5-7 minutesto drain excess fluid.
Step 2: cook rice.
Meanwhile, pour the right amount of purified water into a small saucepan, put it on a strong fire and bring to a boil. In this step, we need to remember that we need friable rice, the grains of which will retain their beautiful oblong shape. therefore water should be doubled more than for rice porridge or pilaf - this 3:1.
As soon as the liquid begins to boil, reduce the heat to an average level, add a pinch of salt and dried rice to it.
Cook it until fully cooked for 15-20 minutesstirring occasionally with a tablespoon.
Then we throw off into a colander with a fine mesh and leave it in until use until the excess of rice broth drains.
Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.
During the cooking of rice, you can prepare other products that you will need to prepare the dish. We peel the onion with garlic, and at the lettuce we cut the stem and gutted it from the seeds.
Then we wash the vegetables with parsley under a stream of cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, take turns on a chopping board and chop.
Sweet pepper and onion cut into medium cubes up to 1 centimeter in size. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, and put the right amount of frozen green peas in a separate deep bowl.
Then, in a clean dish, rub on a fine grater a small piece of Grana Padan cheese.
Then we wash and dry the chicken ham, put it on a clean cutting board, remove the skin from it, separate the meat from the bones, cut it into small pieces from 2 to 3 centimeters in size and transfer them to a deep plate. Then we put spices, salt and oil on the kitchen table.
Step 4: bring the dish to full readiness.
Now put on a medium heat a deep pan with a thick bottom and pour a little olive oil into it.
When it warms up, dip the pieces of chicken ham there and fry them until light golden or golden brown, occasionally stirring with a kitchen spatula. This process will take approximately 10-12 minutes.
When the meat is covered with a blush, add sweet pepper, onion and green peas to it. Cooking them together 7-8 minutesstirring occasionally.
After that, put chopped parsley, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper to taste in a pan. Mix again, cover and continue to fry again 6-8 minutes.
During this time, all vegetables and meat will reach full readiness.
As soon as this happens, add boiled rice and chopped Grana Padana cheese to them.
Again, mix everything to a homogeneous consistency, prepare the dish for a couple of minutes, turn off the stove, insist on a meal under the lid 2-3 minutes and serve to the table.
Step 5: serve rice with chicken and pepper.
After cooking, rice with chicken and pepper is slightly insisted under the lid and then served hot. On request, each serving is decorated with sprigs of herbs and complemented with sauces based on tomatoes, cream or mayonnaise. Enjoy it!
