Cooking pancakes in milk:In a bowl, combine with a mixer the flour, margarine, salt, eggs and 200 ml. milk. Beat at low speed so that there are no lumps.
Add 600 ml gradually. milk continue to interfere with the dough, the dough will be liquid.
Cover with cling film for 30 minutes, the flour will disperse, and the dough will be thicker.
Add the remaining milk to this dough, stir, look at the consistency of the dough. The density of the dough depends on the flour you use.
In a hot pancake pan, bake pancakes on both sides.
Grease the finished pancakes with butter.
