Cooking tagliatelle with turkey and shrimp:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

To begin with, we wash fresh turkey fillet under cold running water, dry it with paper kitchen towels, put it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to remove the film and cartilage from the meat. After that, cut the fillet into small portioned pieces of size from 2 to 3 centimeters.

Next, put on a clean cutting board peeled garlic cloves and chop them across thin plates or just chop finely.
We also put a bag of pasta on the kitchen table, put cream, olive oil, salt, dried herbs and a plate of peeled shrimps, they can be purchased frozen or fresh, whichever you like best.

Step 2: saute the turkey with garlic.

Now turn on the two rings on medium heat. We put a pan on one and pour the right amount of olive oil into it, and on the other - a deep pan half filled with purified water.
While it is boiling, put turkey slices on the bottom of the heated pan and fry them for 5-7 minutes until light golden crust, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Cook the Tagliatelle Pasta.

As soon as the water in the pan starts bubbling, add salt to taste and put the paste. Cook her 5 minutes, just by this time the meat will ripen.

Then we throw off slightly undercooked pasta in a colander and leave it in until use.

Step 4: bring the dish to full readiness.

When the meat is covered with a delicate golden crust, add the peeled shrimp to it and simmer them together until the moisture evaporates completely. It will take about 3-4 minutes or a little less.

Then put a little undercooked paste into the pan. Pour cream into it, pour dried basil, dill, parsley and, if necessary, put a couple more pinches of salt.

Mix everything thoroughly with a wooden kitchen spatula and prepare the dish yet 1-2 minutes. Next, turn off the stove, let the fragrant dish stand for another minute, lay it on plates and serve to the table.

Step 5: serve the tagliatelle with turkey and shrimp.

Tagliatelle with turkey and shrimp is served hot as a main course. If desired, this culinary masterpiece can be supplemented with a salad of fresh vegetables and a couple of pinches of allspice or black pepper. Enjoy it!
