Making bread on whey:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

Pour the flour into small sieve in small portions and sift it into a large bowl. This must be done so that the dough turns out airy and without lumps. Attention: For the preparation of bread, be sure to use premium flour and fine grinding.

Step 2: prepare the dough.

Into a deep bowl, but rather a large pan, as the dough will be 2-3 times increase in size, spread the yeast, and pour sugar and salt. Using a tablespoon, grind the ingredients well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Now pour the whey here and pour 2 cups of the sifted flour. Mix everything thoroughly with improvised inventory. Attention: if the dough is liquid, then add some more flour. We should get a thick mixture of dough, like pancakes. Important: if small lumps remain, do not try to get rid of them, as they themselves will disintegrate during the infusion of the dough. Cover the pot or bowl with a lid and place in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. In no case do we shake the container and do not mix the dough, as it can settle and the bread just does not work.

Step 3: prepare the bread on the whey.

After the allotted time, remove the lid from the pan and use a tablespoon to mix the dough. Then we repeat the procedure again, adding to the container 2 cups of flour. We should get a dense heterogeneous dough. We spread it on the kitchen table, crushed with a small amount of flour, pour it onto its surface 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil and continue to knead the dough with clean hands. Gradually, it will begin to become soft, airy and supple.

Then we form a ball from the dough and put it back into the pan. Important: Be sure to pre-lubricate the bottom and walls of the tank with a small amount of vegetable oil. We put the pan in a warm place, cover with a cloth towel and leave for 1.5 hours insist and increase approximately 2-3 times. Important: In no case do not rearrange or shake the container, otherwise everything may settle.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil. Turn on the oven and heat it to temperature 180 ° C. Once again, put the dough onto the kitchen table and lightly crush it with clean hands. We give it a shape and put it in a container.

Cover the mold with a cloth towel and let it rise again within 30-60 minutes. Immediately after that we remove the towel and put the container with the dough in the oven on the middle tier. Bake bread for 35-40 minutes.
