Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

After that, sprinkle pieces of fish on all sides to taste with salt, black pepper and dried chopped parsley. We shift the cod into a deep plate and let it soak in the aroma of spices for 12 to 15 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the garlic and rinse it with lemon under a stream of cold water. Then we dry these products with paper towels, take turns putting them on a cutting board and grind them.
We cut the lemon into rings up to 5 millimeters thick, just chop the garlic finely and put the slices into small bowls. We also put on the kitchen table all the other ingredients that will be needed to prepare the dish.
Step 2: bake cod with garlic and lemon.
Now we take a small sheet of aluminum food foil, hand grease it with a thin layer of vegetable oil, put one portion of the fish in the middle, sprinkle it with chopped garlic, spread a few lemon rings on the surface of the piece and wrap the cod tightly in the foil so that there are no cracks between its joints .
In the same way, we prepare the remaining portions of the fish for baking and shift them to the bottom of the non-stick pan, leaving a small distance between each folded bag, 2 to 3 centimeters of free space is enough. Then we put the still raw dish in the preheated oven on 20 minutes.
Step 3: prepare the sauce.
While the fish is baking, prepare the sauce. Pour yogurt into a deep bowl, pour some dried parsley, turmeric, salt and black pepper into the same bowl. We mix everything with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency without lumps and proceed to the final stage of cooking.
Step 4: bring the dish to full readiness.
20 minutes later the fish is completely baked, with the help of kitchen tacks we rearrange the baking sheet on a cutting board previously laid on the countertop, and leave the cod in foil to brew on another a few minutes.
Then, in turn, we very carefully unfold the pads, remove lemon rings from the fish slices, pry each portion with a kitchen spatula, put them on plates, pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the prepared sauce and serve to the table with your favorite side dish.
