It is enough to bring the caramel to a light brown color and you can add nuts.
Reduce the fire to the smallest so as not to burn the caramel. Mix well so that all the nuts are evenly covered with a caramel layer and fry them for 5 minutes.
Spread the parchment on the table, put the nuts on it in caramel and evenly distribute with a spatula, leave to cool.
