Cream Seabass Ingredients

Cooking sea bass in cream:
Step 1: prepare onions and dill.
First, peel the onion and rinse it under cold running water along with dill. Then we dry the vegetable with paper kitchen towels, and with the greens we shake off the excess liquid. In turn, put them on a cutting board and chop. Cut the onion into rings or half rings up to 5 millimeters thick, and finely chop the dill and leave the slices on the cutting board.
Step 2: prepare the cheese.
Next, cut off the paraffin crust from the hard cheese and rub it on a fine or medium grater into a deep plate. After that, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and proceed to the next step.
Step 3: prepare the fish.
We take seabasses and wash them under cold water, while cleaning them from the scales with a kitchen scraper. Then we dry the fish with paper towels and take turns putting them on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, we cut one fish from the anus almost to the beginning of the lips, take it by the gills and pull it down, at the same time we remove all the insides along with the gall bladder.
After that we cut the fish head, fins, cut the seabass into fillets and, if desired, cut each into 2 more parts. In the same way we prepare the rest of the fish and transfer it to a deep bowl.
Step 4: fry the fish.
Now put the pan on medium heat and pour 2 - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, and pour the sifted wheat flour into a separate bowl. After a couple of minutes, roll 3 to 4 pieces of sea bass in flour.
We spread them in hot oil, fry on both sides to a tender golden crust and use a kitchen spatula to put them on the bottom of a heat-resistant baking sheet. At this stage of cooking, you do not need to bring the fish to full readiness, we just fry it in this way until it ends!
Step 5: bake sea bass in cream.
After that, sprinkle pieces of fried sea bass to taste with salt and a mixture of spices for fish. Then put the chopped onion on top of them, pour the cream and put the baking sheet in the preheated oven on the middle rack. We bake sea bass 25 minutes.
Next, sprinkle an almost ready dish with chopped cheese, herbs and send to the oven for another 5 minutes. After the required time, we put on kitchen gloves in our hands, we take out a baking sheet from the oven and put it on a cutting board. We spread the fragrant fish in portions on plates and serve.
Step 6: serve the sea bass in cream.
Creamy seabass is served hot. This dish can be served with any garnish you like: salad, vegetable puree, boiled rice, cereals of any cereals, pasta or other pasta. Enjoy delicious, healthy and easy-to-cook food!
