Step 1: prepare the oatmeal.
First, prepare the oatmeal, put them on a dry frying pan and put it on medium heat. Fry the oatmeal until light brown, stirring vigorously with a kitchen spatula so that it does not burn. This process will take approximately 2 - 3 minutes.
After the flakes are browned, sprinkle them with one tablespoon of granulated sugar and, continuing to stir, allow the sugar crystals to melt.
Then remove the pan from the stove, put it on the countertop and cool the oatmeal to room temperature.
Step 2: prepare the walnuts.
Meanwhile, we put walnuts on a clean and dry cutting board and chop them into small pieces with a sharp kitchen knife, it is desirable that their size does not exceed 5 - 7 millimeters. Leave chopped nuts on the board. Also preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius and cover the baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper.
Step 3: prepare the eggs and sugar.
Next, we break the room temperature chicken eggs into a deep bowl, pour the remaining granulated sugar into it and put it under the mixer blades.
We turn on the kitchen appliance at medium speed and whisk these products to splendor, gradually increasing speed.
When the resulting mixture becomes airy and changes color from yellow to bright white, turn off the kitchen appliance and proceed to the next step.
Step 4: prepare the cookie dough.
In a bowl with beaten eggs, add soda, slaked with vinegar, and mix the liquid with a tablespoon to a uniform consistency.
Then we add the sifted wheat flour there, while kneading a dough of medium density without lumps.
After that, we put in the resulting mixture the cooled flakes, chopped nuts, raw sunflower seeds, raisins and mix all the products again until smooth. The cookie dough is ready!
Step 5: make cookies.
Now we wet our hands in ordinary running water, pick up a tablespoon of “fitness test”, put in a palm, form a ball out of it, gently squeeze it, giving a flattened shape, and put the resulting cookies on a prepared baking sheet. In the same way, we form the rest of the liver until the dough is over.
Step 6: bake cookies.
Then put the pan in the preheated oven and bake a healthy dessert 15 - 20 minutes.
After the required time, we put on kitchen gloves in our hands, take out cookies from the oven and put a baking sheet on a cutting board.
Using a kitchen spatula, transfer the baking to a metal wire rack, cool it to room temperature and then taste it.
Step 7: serve the Fitness cookies.
Cookies "Fitness" are served warm or chilled, in the first version it is softer, and in the second - crispy. It is served in special vases or on dessert plates and is often supplemented with balls of fruit or milk ice cream.
