Ingredients for making pizza "Marinara"

Cooking pizza "Marinara":
Step 1: prepare the dough.
First of all, we prepare pizza dough. In a deep bowl, sift through a sieve with a fine mesh two types of flour - coarse and premium. There we add the right amount of granular yeast, small salt and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients with a table fork until smooth.
Now we put the stewpan on the stove and pour half a glass of purified water into it. Heat the liquid to 35 - 38 degrees Celsius, it should be slightly warm so that you can lower your fingers into it and not get burned. When the water warms up, pour it into a bowl with the dry mixture.
We put the chicken egg, olive oil there and knead the soft, non-sticky dough with clean hands. We devote to this process 10 - 12 minutes. Then we roll the semi-finished flour into a bowl, put it back in a bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and put in a warm place on 40 - 60 minutes. During this time, the dough will increase in the widow's volume.
Step 2: prepare the tomatoes.
While the dough is infused, we begin to prepare products for the filling. We warm up a full kettle of ordinary running water. We wash the tomatoes under cold water, make a cross-shaped incision on each and place in a deep bowl.
After some time, fill them with boiling water and stand in this form for one to two minutes. Then, using the slotted spoon, we transfer the tomatoes into a bowl with cold, preferably ice-cold water and allow them to cool.
Then remove the peel from the tomatoes, cut them into 2 halves. Helping ourselves with a teaspoon, we remove seeds from each. After that, cut the tomato pulp into small cubes and leave them on a cutting board.
Step 3: prepare the tomato puree.
Now put on a medium heat pan and pour a tablespoon of olive oil into it. After a couple of minutes, dip the cubes of tomatoes into the heated oil and simmer them, stirring with a kitchen spatula until the moisture is completely evaporated.
This process will take no more 2 - 3 minutes. Then we wipe the stewed tomatoes in a deep plate through a fine mesh sieve.
Step 4: prepare the filling.
In a plate with tomato puree add a tablespoon of olive oil, to taste salt, sugar, thyme and mix everything until a homogeneous consistency.
Now peel the garlic cloves, cut them into thin plates and leave them on the board. We also put on the table dried basil and oregano - the last ingredients that perfectly complement the filling. Then turn on and preheat the oven up to 220 - 230 degrees Celsius.
Step 5: form the marinara pizza.
After the dough is infused, slightly crush it with your hands, put it on the countertop, sprinkled with a thin layer of wheat flour, and roll out a rolling pin into a circle with a diameter of about 28 centimeters.
Then we take a round pizza baking dish, grease it with a tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle with flour and gently transfer the rolled dough onto it.
We also carefully level the flour semi-finished product around the entire perimeter of the mold, making small sides along the edge.
Next, grease the base for pizza with seasoned tomato puree and lay the chopped garlic on it in an art mess.
Sprinkle the filling to taste with dried oregano and basil - the marinara pizza is formed, it's time to start baking.
Step 6: bake the marinara pizza.
Put the mold in a preheated oven and bake pizza for 20 minutes. When it is ready, we put on kitchen gloves in our hands, we take out the form from the oven and put it on a cutting board. Let the aromatic dish cool slightly, then cut the pizza into 6 to 8 servings and serve.
Step 7: serve the marinara pizza.
Pizza "Marinara" is served warm, previously sliced into 6 - 8 equal servings. This Neapolitan culinary masterpiece can be complemented with a fresh vegetable salad or a well-cooked piece of beef. Enjoy it!
