Step 1: prepare the squid.
To prepare this dish, the most important thing is to choose an ingredient such as squid. After all, if after defrosting they are tough, then the dish will not work. That is why it is important to opt for a trusted brand. So, put the frozen squid in a deep bowl and pour them with boiling water. When the water becomes temperature acceptable for the hands, we clear the seafood from the top film (if necessary). Drain the water from the bowl, rinse the component under running warm water and set aside for a while.
Meanwhile, we pour ordinary cold water into a free pan and put the container on medium heat. When the water boils, make the fire less than average and put the squids one by one into the pan. Step 2: prepare the garlic.
Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse slightly under running water. We spread the component on a cutting board and cut it into several parts.

Step 3: prepare the dressing for the dish.

Pour dressing into a bowl with squid, mix well with a wooden spatula, cover with a lid and pickle for 2-3 hours. Attention: so that the dish is better marinated, put it all night in the refrigerator.
