Cooking breaded salmon:
Step 1: Prepare the salmon.
We wash the salmon fillet under cold running water, put it on a cutting board, remove all bones if possible, cut off the skin and wipe with paper kitchen towels or napkins. Then cut the fillet into portioned pieces 4 to 5 cm wide and sprinkle each with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 2: Breaded Salmon.
Sift flour through a sieve into a convenient large plate or bowl.
We wash the eggs under hot running water, gently break and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth. Then add a little salt and mix again.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a clean plate.
So, the breadcrumbs are prepared with breading and it's time to return to the salmon. First, carefully chop the fish pieces in the flour.

Step 3: Fry the fish.
We turn on the medium heat on the stove, pour vegetable oil into the pan and put on the burner. When the pan is fully warmed up, dip the pieces of salmon into the oil and reduce the heat. We fry the fish on both sides to a beautiful golden crust.
Cover the plate with paper kitchen towels or napkins and put the finished salmon on them. This is done in order to absorb excess fat.
Step 4: Serve the breaded salmon.
Serve the breaded salmon hot, but with which side dish you decide. Of course, the most ideal option is vegetables, both fresh cuts and various salads. Boiled rice or mashed potatoes are also suitable. You can decorate the dish with fresh herbs or lemon slices.
