Cooking green pizza:
Step 1: prepare the egg for the dough.
Break the egg into the bowl and add salt. Using a hand whisk, beat the ingredients until smooth and temporarily set aside.
Step 2: prepare the flour.
Pour flour and soda into a sieve and sift it directly over a deep plate, constantly stirring them with a tablespoon. Thus, we get a homogeneous mass, and the dough will be airy and soft.
Step 3: prepare the curd pizza dough.
Put cottage cheese in a medium bowl and pour kefir. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
After that, pour the olive oil into the milk mixture and mix everything thoroughly again. Then add the egg with salt, while beating the mixture with improvised equipment. At the end, pour sifted flour with soda into a bowl. We mix everything thoroughly with clean hands until a uniform elastic dough forms that sticks to our hands.
After that, we form a ball from the dough, and wrap the bowl with cling film. Put the container in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. While our dough is infused, you can prepare the filling.
Step 4: prepare the broccoli.
Wash the broccoli under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife or using your hands, we analyze the vegetable into inflorescences and transfer it to a free plate.
Meanwhile, we put on a medium fire a pan with ordinary tap water and wait for the liquid to boil. As soon as this happens, pour a small amount of salt into the container, mix everything well with a tablespoon and make the fire less than average. Gently spread the broccoli inflorescences into the pan. Let the filling boil slightly in boiling water for 5 minutes. After that, turn off the burner, and get the inflorescences with a slotted spoon and transfer them back to the plate.
Step 5: prepare the zucchini.
We wash the zucchini under running water and put it on a cutting board. With a knife, remove the edges of the vegetable, and then cut it into small pieces and transfer to a clean plate.
Step 6: prepare the leek.
Wash leek under running water and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut the component into rings and transfer it to a free plate.
Step 7: prepare the cream cheese.
Grind cream cheese with a medium grater directly on a cutting board. After we shift the cheese chips into a free saucer and temporarily set aside.
Step 8: prepare the garlic.
Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse slightly under running water. Put the clove on a cutting board and chop finely. Shredded component is transferred to a clean saucer.
Step 9: Cooking Green Pizza
We take out the dough from the refrigerator and put it on the kitchen table, crushed with a small amount of flour. With a knife, we cut the dough into two halves (from the calculation of the ingredients indicated in the recipe, 2 pizzas should be obtained), one of which for now is laid aside.
Using a rolling pin, we roll out a circle of dough with a thickness of approximately 1-1.5 centimeters. Attention: the layer should be sized so that its edges extend over the sides of the baking dish.
After that, we grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with a small amount of oil. We shift the circle of dough into a container, level it with your hands and set it to bake in the oven at a temperature 200 ° C during 5 minutes. After the allotted time, we take out the form with kitchen tacks and set aside. Immediately after that, increase the oven temperature. up to 225 ° C.
Grease the basis for pizza with cream using a tablespoon. Put the prepared vegetables, chopped garlic on top and sprinkle with ground thyme and grated cheese. Put the mold in the oven again and bake pizza for 25 minutes. After the allotted time, we take out the container with kitchen tacks and set aside to cool. After that, repeat the procedure from beginning to end with the remaining piece of dough.
Step 10: serve green pizza.
When the green pizza cools down a bit, use a wooden spatula to transfer it to a flat dish and serve it to the dining table. Pizza can be decorated with basil leaves if desired. This dish turns out to be very satisfying, tasty and aromatic, therefore, along with this treat you can serve only tea or any other drink that will please you and your friends.
