Carrots with nuts

Ingredients for Cooking Carrots with Nuts

  1. Carrot 250 grams
  2. Walnuts 25 grams
  3. Garlic 1 clove
  4. Greek yogurt 120 grams
  5. Dill for decoration
  6. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  7. Salt to taste

Cooking carrots with nuts:

Step 1: stew carrots.

Peel, wash and grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and toss the carrots into it. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. The carrots should be softer, but not yet fully cooked. Add some salt at the end.

Step 2: add the nuts.

Grind the walnuts with a knife and add them to the pan to the carrots. Stir fry all together for 2 minutes.

Step 3: add the garlic.

Just like nuts, chop the garlic with a knife and add it to the carrots. Stir well and simmer for another 1st minute.

Step 4: add yogurt.

Put the carrots with nuts on a plate, season with Greek yogurt and mix everything together well. Check if there is enough salt, maybe you need to add a little more.
At the end, transfer everything to a beautiful bowl, decorate with finely chopped dill and serve it to the table!

Step 5: serve the carrots with nuts.

Carrots with nuts - this is a snack, serve it warm, immediately after cooking, or cold, a little later. Eat it with tortillas, crackers or just bread. Very tasty and interesting. Give it a try!
