Wafer Cake Ingredients

Cooking Waffle Cake:
Step 1: Prepare the cream.
The first thing to prepare is butter. It must be softened, for this we take it out of the refrigerator in advance, cut off the right amount, put it in the mixer bowl and leave it to heat.
When it becomes soft, wash the lemon under running water, cut it in half and squeeze the juice into oil. Juice needs about 1 teaspoon. Then add the varenka and with a mixer beat everything at maximum speed for about 3 to 4 minutes.
The cream should be a homogeneous consistency and a light shade.
Step 2: Form a Cake.
Now gently open the pack with wafer cakes, put the first on a beautiful plate, grease with cream, then put the second, grease with cream again and so on.
The last cake is not to be lubricated with cream. After all, we want to get a dry cake. And in order to avoid this, we put on the last cake first a clean and dry cutting board, and already on it a plate of water. This construction will serve as a small press, which will make our waffle cake not only crispy, but also taste delicate.
After 2 hours, we disassemble our structure and serve the cake to the table.
Step 3: Serve the waffle cake.
You can immediately serve the cake to the table or give the dessert a more solemn appearance, smearing the top layer with delicious cream or icing, and then decorate with nuts, grated chocolate, coconut, berries or fruits. Our simple but delicious cake is ready!
