Cooking Owl Snacks:
Step 1: prepare the vegetables.
Peel the cucumber and seeds, if they are large, then cut it into small cubes.
Pepper remove seeds and ponytails, rinse with water and chop very finely too.
Also finely chop the peeled onions, peeled.
Combine the cucumber, pepper and onion with each other. Salt and let the vegetables drain the juice, and then drain the water from them.
Step 2: prepare the tomatoes.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut off the top of them. Quite a bit, as shown in the photo.
With a teaspoon, peel the tomatoes from the seeds and the core without damaging the edges and the skin of vegetables.
Step 3: prepare the filling.
Mix previously prepared cucumber, pepper and onion with cream cheese and chopped fresh dill.
Leave some greens for decoration.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a tablespoon. You should get something like pasta.
Step 4: stuff the tomatoes.
Mix the prepared tomatoes with a mixture of cheese and vegetables. Fill the tomatoes tightly, but carefully so as not to spoil their appearance.
Step 5: do it.
Sprinkle the stuffed tomatoes on top with grated cheese to make a hat.
Cut the olives into 6 circles, and from the residues cut triangles for beak and ears.
Place the olive-carved eyes and other features on the cheese cap to make edible owls. One big and two small.
Step 6: serve the appetizer.
Garnish the dish with the remaining dill, like this nest, and place your owls on it. That's it, the perfect tomato and cheese appetizer is ready! It is very tasty, very original and simple with all this. Be sure to try to surprise your guests with such owls.
Enjoy your meal!
