Mini burgers


Ingredients for Cooking Mini Burgers

  1. Stuffing (pork + beef) 350 grams

  4. French fries 100-150 grams
  5. Onions 1-2 pieces (depending on size)
  6. Cucumber 2 pieces (small)
  7. Tomato 1 piece
  8. Bulgarian pepper several slices
  9. Several leaves salad
  10. Homemade mayonnaise to taste
  11. Ketchup to taste
  12. Mustard to taste

Cooking Mini Burgers:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse greens and vegetables. Peel the cucumbers, peel the onions from the husk, and remove the seeds from the pepper and pick the twig.
Cut the onion and so that it is not so caustic, pickle it in a couple of tablespoons of vinegar or scald with boiling water and leave to soak.

French fries can be prepared on their own by frying potato wedges in hot oil, or you can take the finished one.

Step 2: mix the minced meat.


Mix a mixture of pork and ground beef with ketchup and mustard. Mix very well and put in the refrigerator until 15 minutes.

Step 3: cut the vegetables.


Cut peeled cucumber into thin slices, and bell pepper - into strips.

Step 4: fry the meatballs.


Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator and form from it 7 small cutlets, and then place them in a hot pan and fry well on both sides. It turns out somewhere by 3 minutes from each side.

A minute before cooking, grease the patties with mustard on one side, and then put the slices of cheese.
Remove the finished cutlets from the pan and transfer to a plate. The cheese will have to melt from the heat of the meat.

Step 5: collect mini burgers.


Cut the buns lengthwise into halves. If there were no small ones, as here, cut off the edges of the large ones, what can we do.

Grease the bottom of the rolls with mayonnaise and ketchup, and then lay in turn all the prepared vegetables and meat patties with cheese on top. Remember to drain the water / vinegar from the onion first. And do not accidentally forget about a tomato like me.
That's it, close the burgers with the top bun and serve. You can chop mini burgers on skewers so that the layers hold better.

Step 6: serve the mini burgers.


Mini burgers are an easy way to feed and entertain a big company a bit. Cutlets are very juicy, and vegetables only emphasize their taste. You can preheat the burgers in the oven a bit before serving.
