Octopus Salad Ingredients

For salad

Cooking Octopus Salad:

Step 1: Cook the Octopus.

First of all, you need to clean and cook the octopus. You need to cook the meat of this marine inhabitant in water with salt, pepper and a little vinegar. It is also advisable to add a bay leaf for flavor. Cook the octopus for about 1 hour.

Mix separately in the bowl all the ingredients for dressing, turning them into a uniform sauce, and then pour everything into the salad, trying to distribute evenly.
