Cooking pasta with porcini mushrooms:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
I do not argue that it is best to use fresh porcini mushrooms for cooking. However, even in large supermarkets they can not always be bought. With dried and fresh frozen things are better, but there is a risk to buy a product of not high quality. The best dried and freshly frozen mushrooms are those that are hand-made.
Prepare a paste with dried porcini mushrooms, with fresh, the cooking process is not much different. Dried porcini mushrooms are put in a bowl or other suitable container and pour warm boiled water, leave to brew for 20 minutes.
We need garlic for flavor and a little for taste, so we won’t chop it finely, just cut it in half. Put the garlic on a small plate.
Cut low-fat bacon or pork flesh into small pieces. This is certainly not a required ingredient, but desirable, especially if you are cooking for a man for whom food is not food if it does not contain meat. Sliced meat is transferred to a plate of garlic.

Then take out the garlic - it is no longer needed, pour mushrooms with meat into wine, cover and leave to simmer on low heat, about on 15-20 minutes.
While the mushrooms and meat are stewed, we’ll do some noodles. Put a pot of water on the stove, heat to a boil, salt. Put the pasta in boiling water and mix.
Using dried mushrooms makes it possible to make the paste even more mushroom, but with fresh mushrooms this will not work. Only cook them first, and then use the water to make the noodles. So, heat the water that we drained from the mushrooms to a boil and add to the pan in which the noodles are cooked.
Boil the noodles over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking. Be sure to read the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging of the paste, especially if you are preparing some kind of pasta for the first time. Pasta preparation times may vary slightly.
Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for about 5 minutes. Drain the noodles into a colander and let the water drain well.
Return the noodles back to the pan, add the butter, half the cheese and mix.
