Grilled Dorado and Lime Ingredients

Grilling dorado with lime:
Step 1: Cook the grilled dorado with lime.
The longest step in preparing a sea bream is preparation. If you bought fish in frozen form, then you need to defrost it. Then clean, remove fins and entrails. The head can not be removed, but then be sure to cut the gills.
In a small salad bowl, mix olive oil, squeeze lime juice into it, add spices and salt, mix. With this mixture, coat the fish inside and on all sides. Put a little rosemary inside each fish.
To make the fish especially tasty, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, but this is not necessary. If there is no time, you can immediately start cooking.
You can grill dorada in a special grill pan or in the oven in the grill mode, or in the garden in the fresh air on a grill above the coals.
With a grill pan, everything is simple: put the pan on fire, heat it, put the prepared fish and fry on both sides, about 7-8 minutes each - the dorada is cooked quickly. Be sure to check the readiness of the meat in the thickest place near the head.
If you cook in the oven - put the fish on a baking sheet, pre-cover it with parchment for baking or foil for baking - this will save you from the difficulty of washing the pan. Put the baking sheet in the oven, turn on the grill mode and cook the fish for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 2: Serve the grilled dorado with lime.
Serve grilled dorado with hot lime, with slices of lime and fresh sprigs of rosemary. A good addition is a side dish of rice, fried, boiled or baked potatoes.
