Easter Liver Ingredients

- Potato starch 150 g
- Icing sugar 80 g

Cooking liver for Easter:
Mix flour, starch, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, ground ginger in a bowl.
Add cold butter and grind it evenly with a fork.
Add the yolks and grind well again.
We collect the crumbs in a lump, divide into two parts, pack them in plastic wrap and send them to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Roll out the dough 4 mm thick, cut out the figures.
We bake cookies in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 7 minutes.
Let the liver cool completely.
Mix protein with sifted icing sugar and lemon juice until white. It is not necessary to beat the icing for a long time.
We paint the icing in the desired colors, in small portions.
Put the icing pattern on the cookies, give the icing to completely dry.
We paint cookies on skewers on both sides and decorate with ribbons. Good appetite!
