Cooking baked curd Easter:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

In a bowl, dilute the yeast with warm milk, add egg yolks, sugar, lemon zest and soft margarine, and then, gradually kneading, add wheat flour. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass, and then cover it with a kitchen towel and leave in a warm place to reach for one hour.
Wash the finished dough and roll it into a layer, thick 1/2 centimeter. Lubricate the mold with butter and put the prepared dough into it. The dough should also go to the edges to hold the filling. Cut off all surpluses, later from them it will be possible to fashion flowers, pigtails and other decorations for the cake.

Step 2: prepare the filling.

In a clean plate, mix the cottage cheese (if it is grainy, better wipe it), eggs, raisins soaked in boiling water or rum, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina. Again, mix everything to a homogeneous consistency.

Step 3: bake the curd Easter.

Pour the curd mass into the form with the dough, decorate on top with figuratively cut pieces of dough (you can cut it with cookie cutters or wind the braids yourself). By the way, the letters "XB", which are traditionally present at ordinary Easter, can also be transferred to baked, cutting them out of the dough.
Beat the egg yolk and smear with it all the dough that you can reach.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake curd Easter need about 1 hour. The dough should be well baked, and the filling to seize. Then the cake is taken out of the oven and given time to cool.

Enjoy your meal!
