Radish salad


Radish Salad Ingredients

  2. Quail eggs 4 pieces
  3. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  4. Lemon 1/2 pieces (only juice is needed)

Making radish salad:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.


First, boil the quail eggs. They are prepared almost twice as fast as chicken, that is, after the water boils, they need to be cooked just 4-5 minutes. Then cool the eggs under a stream of cold water, remove the shell from them and cut them into halves.

Step 2: prepare the radish.


Radish needs to be cleaned, washed and grated. You can also cut the root crop into strips or sticks, if you want the salad to be more crispy.

Step 3: mix the radish salad.

Pour the squeezed radish with freshly squeezed lemon juice (make sure that the seeds from the lemon do not get into the salad), then salt and mix well. At the very end, dress the salad with olive oil.

Step 4: serve the radish salad.


Serve radish salad immediately after cooking. Transfer it to a salad bowl and decorate with halves of quail eggs. Great for meat dishes. But not everyone likes radish, so it is better to use this salad as a snack or as an addition to a side dish.

- You can add a little fresh grated carrots to this radish salad.

- If you are not a big fan of bitterness, you choose a radish with a milder taste, for example, daikon.
