Salt the ribs to taste on both sides. Sprinkle with spices on the meat also on both sides. Cut ginger, carrot and garlic slices into slices. Put vegetables at the bottom of a heat-resistant mold. Lay the ribs on vegetables in one layer. Mix mustard with honey and grease the ribs. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
