Cooking French cheesecakes with cottage cheese:

Step 1: prepare the curd filling.

Take fresh cottage cheese of any fat content and slightly knead it. Add granulated sugar, vanilla and a couple of eggs. Mix everything with a fork or a blender.

Get a homogeneous mass. Depending on the curd, the filling may come out drier and more liquid. Also, more curd mass is obtained if mixed with a blender.

Step 2: prepare the dough.

Sift wheat flour into a clean plate by adding baking powder for dough. Put butter, softened at room temperature, and cut into cubes.

Knead the dough, grinding the flour with butter by hand. As a result, you should get crumbs.

Step 3: form a French cheesecake with cottage cheese.

Cover the baking dish with baking parchment, folding it to the edges. Or you can grease the shape sides with butter.
Pour half of the dough to the very bottom, evenly distributing it over the entire area. Put the curd mass on top and smooth it with a tablespoon. Pour the remaining test crumbs on the cake, smooth with your hands.

Step 4: bake a French cheesecake with cottage cheese.

You need to bake French cheesecake in a well preheated 180 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes. During this time, the top of the cake is well browned. But do not rush to serve ready-made pastries to the table, first you need to cool the cheesecake at room temperature. But when it cools down, then already cut the pie into pieces and call everyone to the table.
Attention: it is best to cook a French cheesecake in a detachable form, then after it cools down, it can be easily removed and cut into pieces to serve.

Step 5: serve the French cheesecake with cottage cheese.

French cheesecake with cottage cheese is certainly served for tea or coffee, it is possible for afternoon tea, or for dessert, especially if the main dishes were not very heavy, but after a hearty dinner such pastries may not go.
There is probably nothing better for family gatherings than delicious homemade cakes, such as French cheesecakes.
