Cooking lazy cheesecakes with cottage cheese:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Break four chicken eggs into a deep plate and beat them with a mixer or whisk, turning into a homogeneous mass. Add a glass of granulated sugar and beat thoroughly again. Then add the sour cream here and mix well again.
Sift the wheat flour with baking powder and salt, and then sprinkle them to the previously mixed ingredients. Mix the batter with a mixer until smooth.

Step 2: prepare the filling.

Mash the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar and egg. Add vanilla to the curd mass and mix everything until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. For your convenience, you can use a mixer.
Rinse the apricots and, after removing the stone, cut into small cubes. Add fruit to the curd mass and mix everything with a tablespoon. The filling is ready!

Pre-set oven to heat up 190 degrees.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. You can also cover the form with foil or baking paper. When using a detachable form, note that the dough is liquid, it may leak.
Put the filling directly on the batter with a tablespoon, slightly departing from the edge.
Send your lazy cheesecake into the oven until ready. It may take from 40 to 60 minutes.
When the baking is ready, the dough at the edges of the filling will rise and brown, giving the finished product a shape similar to a cheesecake.
