Inventory:

A baking dish, a stewpan - 2 pieces, a wooden spoon, a kitchen knife, a knife for peeling vegetables, pot holders, a frying pan, a spatula, a tablespoon.

Preparation of minced meat with bechamel sauce:

Step 1: prepare the bechamel sauce.

Melt in a stewpan over low heat 40 grams butter. Heat until the oil is liquid.

Sprinkle wheat flour. Stir fry all the time for 2-3 minutes.
In a separate stewpan, heat milk over low heat, but not all, pour half a glass and set aside, we will need it later. Warm the rest of the milk well, but do not bring to a boil.
In small portions, by 2-3 tablespoons, pour warm milk into the flour fried with butter. Pour in a little, mix well, then add the next portion. All this time the sauce should be kept on medium-low heat and stir, stir, stir to prevent lumps.

After adding all the milk and boiling the sauce until it becomes thick enough (like sour cream) and homogeneous without lumps of flour, add ground nutmeg to the bechamel and mix it well again, and then remove from heat.
Attention: if you still got the sauce with lumps (anything can happen, especially if you are cooking for the first time), simply wipe it through a sieve or mix it with a blender after removing from heat and cool slightly.

Step 2: prepare the onion.

Peel onions, rinse with cold water and cut into small cubes.

Step 3: prepare the carrots.

First, rinse the carrots well with warm water, then peel them and rinse thoroughly again. Cut the carrots into small cubes.

Step 4: fry the minced meat with vegetables.

You should have stayed 10 grams butter, melt them in a pan and fry the onions first until transparent, then add the carrots to it and continue cooking until the vegetables turn golden brown.

Add minced meat to onions and carrots and fry everything over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remember to stir the contents of the pan periodically.

Pour dry red wine and tomato paste diluted in half a glass of cool water into the pan. Mix everything, add salt and black pepper, mix again. Cover and simmer everything for 30-40 minutes over medium heat. Moreover, through 15-20 minutes will need to pour into the pan half a glass milk (which, as you remember, we left during the preparation of the sauce).

Continue cooking until the pan is thick enough, that is, until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Step 5: collect lasagna with minced meat and bechamel sauce.

Put the dough for lasagna at the bottom of the form (do not forget to read the instructions, suddenly, you need to boil it first).

Then lay the lasagna in layers in the following order: minced meat fried with vegetables, a couple of tablespoons of bechamel sauce, a thick layer of cheese, again the lasagna dough, and then from the beginning. So lay the lasagna layer by layer until the prepared ingredients run out.

The topmost layer should consist only of sheets of dough, coated with bechamel sauce and generously sprinkled with cheese.

Step 6: bake lasagna with minced meat and bechamel sauce.

Bake lasagna with minced meat and bechamel sauce in preheated 180 degrees centigrade oven for 25-35 minutes. To prevent the cheese from burning up on top, you can through 15 minutes after the start of cooking, rearrange the form with lasagna on the lower half of the oven.

Step 7: serve lasagna with minced meat and bechamel sauce.

Serve hot lasagna with minced meat and bechamel sauce hot, but not immediately after cooking. First let it cool slightly at room temperature, then cut into portions and arrange on plates. That's all! It's time to call everyone to the table and surprise you with an original and very tasty Italian dish.
You can serve lasagna not only on the family dining table, but also on the holiday, for the New Year, for example! Guests will be delighted, I’m telling you for sure!
Enjoy your meal!
