Cooking cottage cheese and apple pudding:

Step 1: Prepare the apple.

Rinse half the apple, peel, cut the core with seeds, and chop the remaining pulp with a medium or fine grater.

Step 2: Knead the mass for the pudding.

Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat them well with regular and vanilla sugar.

Then, add the yogurt, whipped with sour cream, to the yolks grated with sugar and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the squirrels in a thick foam. At the same time, you need to start whipping at a shallow speed of the mixer, gradually increasing it, until you get a thick, resistant foam. And so that the squirrels rise well, first rinse the corollas and a plate with a dishwashing detergent, and also make sure that not a drop of yolk gets to the squirrels, otherwise it may not work.
Add the grated apple and raisins to the curd, and then carefully lay out the protein foam here and gently, moving the spoon from the edge to the center, mix everything together.

Step 3: Bake the cottage cheese and apple pudding.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and pour the curd into it. Flatten everything on top with a tablespoon and send to bake in a well-heated oven. Cooking cottage cheese and apple pudding is necessary for 30 minutes.
Attention: the first 20 minutes you don’t need to open the oven door, the pudding can drop and not rise anymore.

Take the prepared cottage cheese and apple pudding out of the oven, but do not rush to serve, let it cool slightly at room temperature, and while you make tea for everyone or make an interesting sweet sauce, for example, berry or sour cream.

Step 4: Serve the cottage cheese and apple pudding.

Cut the cottage cheese and apple pudding into portions and serve for breakfast, afternoon snack or as dessert after a light lunch or dinner. Garnish each serving of pudding with fresh sour cream berries, apple slices, or sprinkle with powdered sugar. In any case, you will get a wonderful and healthy dish.
