Cooking boiled pork at home:

Step 1: Prepare the pork.

Pork should be completely thawed, and it should be thawed only at room temperature, without using a microwave or hot water.
Rinse the meat flesh with cool water. Dry with disposable paper towels. Cut off excess fat from a piece, the layer of fat should not be thick.
Lay the prepared pork pulp on a cutting board and make a few shallow cuts on a piece.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin plates, and then insert them into the cuts on the meat. Also mark the peas of black pepper in the cuts. With ground black pepper and salt, rub the meat on top.

Step 2: Bake boiled pork at home.

Set the oven to warm up 200 degrees.
Transfer the prepared pork pulp to the foil and wrap it tightly closing the edges so that there are no holes or diverging seams. Pork should be tightly wrapped in foil, otherwise it will not turn out as juicy as it should be.
Place the meat in the foil on a baking tray, then place in the oven on 2 hours. During this time, pork is baked, incorporating the taste and aroma of spices.
The cooked boiled pork at home will need to be removed from the foil, cooled at room temperature, and then stored in a refrigerator (hidden in a suitable container or plate).

Step 3: Serve the boiled pork at home.

Home-made boiled pork is suitable for preparing both a festive snack and ordinary sandwiches. And it can also be served not only cold, but also hot, immediately after cooking. Boiled potatoes are great as a side dish for boiled pork, and use dill as an additional seasoning.
