Cake "Masha"

Ingredients for making Masha cake

For the test

A baking dish, a mixer, a silicone spatula, a sieve, a knife for cutting shortcakes, a deep plate - 2 pieces, a whisk, hot pot holders, a serving dish.

Cooking Masha Cake:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

Put the butter out of the refrigerator to make it softer at room temperature and make kneading the dough easier.
Let the condensed milk be at room temperature.

In a deep bowl, whip the butter and condensed milk. Keep stirring, add both chicken eggs there. Beat the mixture well until smooth.

Separately, sift the flour and mix it with slaked vinegar soda, and then add all this to a mixture of butter, condensed milk and eggs. Place the dough, breaking all the flour lumps. It will turn out to be a cool mass, not liquid, but not thick enough to hold its shape.

Step 2: Bake the cakes.

Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees.
At the same time, pour the dough into a greased (or covered with parchment for baking) form. Flatten slightly and send everything to 30 minutes into a well-heated oven.
The readiness of the test can be checked with a toothpick, if it comes out of the cake dry and without flour lumps, then everything was baked.

After half an hour, remove the form with the finished dough. Let it cool.
Important: You can prepare the dough in the form of any size and type, this will not affect the taste of the finished cake, but you can choose the appearance yourself.

Step 3: Prepare the cream.

While the cakes are cooling down, use a mixer to mix the sour cream and granulated sugar (or icing sugar) well until the latter dissolves (with the icing, by the way, it turns out much faster).

Step 4: We collect the cake "Masha".

Divide the finished cake layer along by 2-3 parts (it all depends on the height of the form).

Take a flat dish of the appropriate size for serving and collect the cake on it, for this, the cakes should simply be stacked on top of each other, smearing each of them with sour cream. Top and sides of the cake are also covered with sour cream whipped with sugar.
Decorate the cake coated on all sides according to your desire. I have thin almond petals and fresh berries, it looks very summer-like. You can use almost everything you have at hand: coke chips, various syrups and toppings (caramel, chocolate), crushed nuts and much more.
Masha cake can be served right away, but, of course, if you let it stand for a while and soak, it will only become tastier.

Step 5: Serve the Masha Cake.

Masha cake is a homemade dessert that any housewife or host can easily cook, even if they are still very young. Especially children love to decorate this cake, still, this is a real game! And whatever you decide to place on top of it, the dessert will turn out to be very tasty.
