Making salad with arugula and grapes:

Step 1: Prepare the arugula.

Rinse the arugula first. To do this, place it in a bowl of cold water for several minutes, then transfer to a colander and rinse, and then wait until excess moisture drains. If you don't have a colander, just dry the arugula with paper towels.
Important: adding arugula to this salad, I cut off the excess stems, but this is only my whim, in fact it is not necessary.

Step 2: Prepare the grapes.

Rinse and dry the grapes as well. Then divide each berry into halves. Everything, it is not necessary to cut smaller.
Important: Of course, it is better to take seedless grapes so that they do not have to be picked out during cooking, because in a salad they are unacceptable.

Step 3: We are preparing refueling.

About 10 grapes set aside for cooking dressing also need to be washed, dried a little and cut into quarters.

Fill the grapes prepared for seasoning in a blender, add balsamic vinegar, flowered honey, finely chopped red onions and olive oil. Grind and whisk together with a blender to make a uniform sauce.

Step 4: Pickle the grapes.

Fold the grapes prepared for the salad in a deep plate, pour it with two tablespoons of dressing, mix gently and let it marinate at room temperature for several minutes.

Step 5: Prepare the Cheese.

I sliced hard Parmesan cheese into thin strips. For this, I used a special knife for cutting vegetables. But you can also use a very large grater or just chop the cheese with a kitchen knife.

Step 6: Prepare the almonds.

Almond petals need to be fried in a dry pan for several minutes (2-3 minutes usually) until you feel a distinctive, distinctive aroma.
Important: When frying any nuts, always follow the process so that nothing accidentally burns.

Step 7: Mix the salad with arugula and grapes.

Pour arugula into the salad bowl to the pickled grapes and mix everything carefully. Add the remaining dressing. Garnish with thin slices of parmesan and almond petals on top. Serve the finished salad right away.

Step 8: Serve the salad with arugula and grapes.

Salad with arugula and grapes is very suitable as a light lunch, and it also looks delicious on the festive table, giving everyone around it an appetizing aroma. It is especially cool to serve salad with arugula and grapes to the table, where there are a lot of different heavy dishes, then it will be an outlet and a light snack.
