Ingredients for Beetroot Balls
- Beets 1 piece (medium size)
- Oat bran 4 tablespoons
- Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Dried garlic to taste

Casserole, meat grinder or fine grater, cutting board, kitchen knife, small saucer, serving plate.
Cooking beet balls:
Step 1: Prepare the beets.
Rinse the beets first, because it is a root crop. And it doesn’t matter at all that we will still cook it. Before cooking, the vegetable should be perfectly clean if you want your dish to be tasty and healthy. Place the peeled beets in a pan, fill it with cold water, bring to a boil, and then, after reducing the gas, cook until soft.
After cooking, cool the root crop under running water, and only then peel its skins, cutting off all excess.
Step 2: Grind the beets.
Cut the beets into small pieces and chop in any way convenient for you, using a meat grinder or a fine grater.
Step 3: Cook the beetroot balls.
In a small saucer, mix salt, dried garlic, oat bran and sesame seeds. Form balls from beetroot stuffing and roll or sprinkle them with the resulting mixture.
Attention: it doesn’t work, balls, don’t be discouraged, even if you have some kind of beetroots or cutlets, it will still look appetizing, but the benefits will not diminish.
Step 4: Serve the beetroot balls.
Put the prepared beet balls on a beautiful dish, decorate them with fresh herbs of fragrant parsley or cilantro and start a healthy meal that will help your body remove all unnecessary and harmful wastes. In addition, this appetizer is so original that it can be served on the festive table, and the beneficial properties of beets will help the stomach to cope even with very heavy and fatty dishes, as well as if someone accidentally overeats.
