Making Chocolate Brownies:
Step 1: prepare the oven, mold and water bath.
First of all, turn on and preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. Then we lubricate the glass heat-resistant form with a thin layer of butter, 20 grams is enough.
After we take the middle pan, half full of ordinary running water. We put it on medium heat, bring the liquid to a boil and immediately proceed to the next step.
Step 2: prepare chocolate and butter.
We remove the wrapper from the bar of dark dark chocolate, break off about 30 grams from it and put them aside. We break the remaining 170 grams into smaller pieces with our hands and send them into a deep bowl. We put butter there, previously cut into cubes or slices.
Set a bowl of food in a pot of boiling water and melt the chocolate and butter, stirring them with a wooden kitchen spatula. This is a short process. After about 2 to 3 minutes, you will see how the ingredients are mixed into one aromatic mass.
When this happens, add sugar to it and mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency. Then turn off the stove and remove the bowl from the pan, helping yourself with a kitchen towel. We put it on the countertop and cool the resulting mixture to room temperature.
Step 3: prepare the nuts.
Our next step is to prepare the nuts and the remaining chocolate. We sort out the peeled walnuts, removing the husk with small pieces of shell, and put the kernels on a cutting board. Next to them we put 30 grams of chocolate bar. We chop these ingredients with a sharp knife into smaller pieces and leave them on the board.
Step 4: prepare the dough.
When the chocolate-butter mixture has cooled, add one chicken egg to it, each time stirring the products with a whisk until smooth.
We put salt there and sift through the sieve with a fine mesh the right amount of food baking powder along with wheat flour. Knead a homogeneous dough of medium density without flour lumps.
After we introduce chopped nuts and chocolate into it. Re-mix all the components of the dough and pour it into a baking dish.
Step 5: bake a dessert.
Put the form with the dough in a preheated oven and bake brownie 35 - 40 minutes. At this stage, the main thing is not to dry the dessert, it should be slightly moist.
After the required time, we put on kitchen gloves in our hands, we take out the form from the oven and put it on a cutting board, previously laid on the kitchen table. Let the dessert cool to room temperature.
Then we tighten the mold with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5 - 2 hours. During this time, the dough will set and become denser. After we cut the brownies with a knife into portions, put them on a large flat dish and serve the “chocolate miracle” to the table.
Step 6: serve the chocolate brownies.
Chocolate brownies are served chilled. If the dessert is intended for a children's sweet table, it should be removed from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving so that it warms up a little. If desired, each portion of this yummy can be served with whipped cream, sour cream, ice cream or custard. Cook with pleasure and enjoy delicious pastries!
