Ingredients for Strawberry Tiramisu

Cooking Strawberry Tiramisu:
Step 1: prepare the strawberries.
Fold the whole strawberries in a colander and rinse thoroughly with warm running water. Then sort through the berries, removing the green ponytails, as they say, with the root.
Divide the peeled berries into two equal parts. Leave one half aside, and cut the second into thin slices, these strawberries will mainly go to the decoration.
Step 2: prepare strawberry soak.
Sprinkle the remaining whole strawberries 45 grams sugar and chop in a blender, turning them into a smooth in consistency berry sauce puree. Add orange liquor and optionally vanilla extract to this sweet mass.
Step 3: prepare the cream for tiramisu.
To begin, separate the proteins from the yolks using a special separator.
Mix the yolks with the remaining sugar (45 grams) Beat them with a mixer until pale foam. The resulting mass should also be homogeneous, stir until all the sugar has dissolved. Then add the mascarpone here and again whisk everything with a mixer.
Beat whites separately until soft peaks. At the same time, make sure that the whisk of the mixer and the bowl are clean, and the egg mass itself is not mixed with yolks, otherwise you won’t be able to beat anything. At the same time, increase the speed of the blender gradually, as the foam thickens.
Now carefully mix the whipped whites into a mass of yolks and mascarpone using a spatula. Continue to mix gently until you get a uniform cream.
Step 4: form a strawberry tiramisu.
Put in front of you a bowl of mascarpone cream, savoyardi cookies, a plate of strawberry puree and a plate of sliced strawberries, as well as dishes in which you will make strawberry tiramisu. Proceed to the formation of dessert.
First grease the bottom with cream, just a little, and sprinkle with strawberry slices. Now, in turn, dip the savoyard in the strawberry puree, and then lay inside the mold in one layer. When the cookie layer is finished, grease it with cream. Re-lay a layer of savoyard soaked in berry sauce, grease it with a mass of eggs and mascarpone. Continue until you have run out of savoyards and cream, just make sure that the mascrapone is always on top, completely covering the top of the tiramisu. The remaining strawberry puree can either decorate the finished dish when serving, or pour it on the last layer of cookies.
Garnish the formed strawberry tiramisu with the remaining pieces of strawberries, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hoursso that it is saturated.
Step 5: serve the strawberry tiramisu.
Chilled and soaked strawberry tiramisu can be served as a dessert. It is very tasty in itself and looks very appetizing, but you can, if you want, decorate it with almond petals on top, the taste of these nuts is very suitable here, in my opinion.
