Ingredients for making white bean salad with radish
- White beans 1.5 cups

Preparation of white bean salad with radish:
Step 1: Cooking the Beans.
The longest and most difficult thing in this whole salad is cooking beans. You do not need to soak it, cook it longer enough. But first pour the beans into a colander and rinse with running water. Then transfer to a large pot, pour about seven glasses of water and put on fire. As soon as the contents of the pan boil, turn off the gas and cook for 1 hours 30 minutes.
After cooking, throw the beans into a colander, salt to taste and mix. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 2: Prepare the cucumber.
While the beans are boiling and cooling, prepare the vegetables. Start with cucumbers, thoroughly washing them under running water and drying them. Cut off the tips from vegetables and, cutting a small piece, check if the peel is bitter, otherwise it is better to peel it off. Cut the prepared cucumbers into thin slices.
Step 3: Prepare the radish.
Wash the radish as well as the cucumbers, but more thoroughly, since it was still in the ground. Then cut the tail and the remains of the tops under the spine. Cut the peeled and washed radishes into thin slices.
Step 4: Prepare the onions and herbs.
Fold onions and herbs in a colander and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Brush off excess fluid.
Arrange the onion feathers on a cutting board and crumble with thin rings right with the whitish part.
Cut the leaves from the greenery, sweeping hard stems aside. Chop the dill into small pieces.
Step 5: Mix white bean salad with radish.
Meanwhile, while you were cooking the rest of the ingredients, the beans cooled. Transfer it to a deep plate, add circles of radish and cucumber, sprinkle with herbs. Sprinkle more salt to taste and mix. After salt is mixed with salad ingredients, season the dish with vegetable oil, mix again and serve.
