Spring salad


Ingredients for making Spring Salad

  1. Fresh cucumber 1 piece
  2. Leaf lettuce 2 sheets
  3. Fresh radish 5-7 pieces
  4. Chicken egg 2 pieces
  5. Hard cheese 35-50 grams
  6. Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

Cooking Spring Salad:

Step 1: Prepare the eggs.


First, rinse the eggs, and only then take up their preparation. In this case, the eggs need to be boiled. To do this, place the ingredients in a small pan, completely fill them with water and place on the stove. Bring to a boil, then reduce power and continue cooking for 10-12 minutes.
Cool hard-boiled eggs, cool under running cold running water. Then peel and grate.

Step 2: Prepare the cucumber.


Rinse the fresh cucumber with a brush and be sure to taste it by cutting a small piece. If you feel bitterness, this means that you need to cut the skin, if not, you can leave it. Cut the prepared cucumber into thin slices.

Step 3: Prepare the radish.


Rinse the radishes as thoroughly and with a brush as a cucumber. Then cut the ends and cut the rest into thin circles.

Step 4: Prepare the Lettuce.


Rinse the leaves of salad with warm water, shake off excess moisture. Arrange them on a cutting board and cut them into thick ones or chop them into thin strips, at your discretion.

Step 5: Prepare the Cheese.


Cut off the crusts from the cheese, and grate the rest on a fine grater. However, you can cut this ingredient into thin slices if you like it more.

Step 6: Cooking Spring Salad.


When all the ingredients are prepared, you just have to mix the salad. And to give it a mouth-watering appearance, we will lay out everything in layers. First put the rings of cucumbers, which need a little salt on top, then a third of the whole radish. Salt again, and then water the salad 1 teaspoon lemon juice. We put boiled eggs on radishes. Again, sprinkle with salt. Next, chopped lettuce leaves, seasoned with salt and remaining 1 teaspoon lemon juice. On top of the cheese, pour it with a small pea, and on top of it we beautifully spread the remaining radish. That's it, the salad is ready to serve.

Step 7: Serve the Spring Salad.
