Dough

  1. Flour 550 g
  2. Potato starch 80 g

  5. Milk 80 ml
  6. Butter 200 g
  7. Baking powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt 0.5 tsp

Glaze

  1. Egg white 1 pc.
  2. Icing sugar 200 g
  3. Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l

Cooking Easter bunnies "Bunnies":

Butter at room temperature, mix with powdered sugar, then beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add the yolk and warm milk, beat again.

Add baking powder, starch, salt and flour parts, knead the dough quickly.

Collect the dough in a lump, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a layer half a centimeter thick. Cut the figures in the form of an egg, put on parchment and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.

Cool the cookies completely.

Sift the powdered sugar into the protein and grind it to white, add the lemon juice and grind again.

We color the glaze with food colors, fill the bag with glaze, cut off the corner so that the glaze flows out with a thin strip.

We paint the sky in blue, let it dry for 20 minutes.

We draw in different colors of bunnies. If it is difficult for you to immediately glaze, then make a template out of paper and circle it with something sharp (an awl, a needle), and then apply glaze according to the drawing.

We draw a green twig, white petals.

We draw green grass.

We put the middle of the flower a drop of different colors. Let the glaze dry for 20 minutes.

We make a big drop of white glaze, it will be a ponytail. Sprinkle with sugar, brush off excess sugar.
