Cooking salad with eggs and garlic:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.


Start by boiling hard boiled eggs. And for this, put them in a saucepan filled with water and put on the stove. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce, and simmer for 12-14 minutes. During this time, the eggs will be cooked exactly as we need.
After cooking, remove the stewpan with eggs from the heat and substitute it under ice-cold running water to cool its contents. Due to such a sharp temperature difference, the shell of the eggs peels off very easily after they have completely cooled.

Step 2: fry the bread.


While the chicken eggs are being cooked and cooled, prepare the fried bread, because it is on it that we will serve the salad. Preheat the pan and grease each slice of bread with a thin layer of butter on both sides. Sauté the slices over medium heat to a delicious and crisp golden crust on both sides. Set the fried bread aside and wait until it cools slightly.

Step 3: prepare the garlic.


Peel the cloves of garlic and, passing them through the press, turn into a fragrant slurry. If necessary, sell the garlic twice.

Step 4: prepare a salad with eggs and garlic.


Peeled boiled eggs, cut into small cubes and pour into a salad bowl. Add garlic, salt and pepper to them. Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Attention: in order to make the salad more tender, do not cut the eggs, but crush them or crush them with a fork.

Step 5: serve the salad with eggs and garlic.


Using a tablespoon, lay the egg salad on the fried bread slices. Arrange the resulting sandwiches on portioned plates, brew your favorite morning drink and call everyone to the table, after which you will definitely have breakfast yourself.
