Ingredients for a 3 liter jar.
- Cabbage 1.400 kg
- Carrot 180 g
- Onion 250 g
- Beetroot salad 180 g
- Garlic 15 g
- Water 1 L
- Sugar 200 g
- Salt 2 tbsp. l
- Vinegar 9% 100 ml
- Vegetable oil 100 ml.

Cooking Pickled Cabbage:Wash vegetables and peel. Onion cut into half rings. Grate the carrots. Cut beets into circles. Cut the garlic into slices. Cabbage - in large pieces.
Lay out layers of vegetables in a jar, alternating onions, garlic, carrots, beets, cabbage.
When all the vegetables are laid, prepare the marinade. In boiling water, first pour sugar, then salt, oil and vinegar. Boil the marinade and pour them cabbage. Cover the cabbage with a lid, let stand for about 7 hours in the heat. Then close the jar tightly with a lid and send it to the refrigerator.
When the cabbage has cooled, you can serve it on the table.
