Cooking gypsy spicy soup:
Step 1: prepare the meat.
We wash the pork under running water and put it on a cutting board. If necessary, we clean the meat from the veins and fat with a knife. Then we cut it into small pieces and transfer it to a clean plate.
After that, we wash the beef under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from the veins and the film, and then cut into small pieces. Shredded component is transferred to a container with pieces of pork.
At the end, we wash the chicken fillet under running water and also lay it on a cutting board. With a knife, we clear it of veins, fat and film, and cut into small pieces. We shift the chopped chicken into a plate with other chopped meat. Attention: all pieces must be the same size so that they can be cooked evenly during cooking.
Step 2: prepare the lard.
We spread the smoked bacon on a cutting board and, using a knife, cut into small cubes. Shredded ingredient is transferred to a free plate.
Step 3: prepare bell peppers.
We wash the bell pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove the tail and cut the vegetable lengthwise into two halves. We clear each of the seeds and after - cut into strips. Shredded component is transferred to a clean plate.
Step 4: prepare the tomatoes.
We wash the tomatoes under running water and put them on a cutting board. With a knife, make a cross-shaped incision on the surface of the vegetables and transfer them to the middle bowl. Now pour the tomatoes with boiling water and set aside to blanch for 5 minutes. After that, we transfer the component again to the cutting board and remove the skin with our hands (or knife).
Cut the peeled vegetables into small cubes and transfer them back to the bowl (only before draining the water from there and rinse slightly under running water).
Step 5: prepare onions.
Using a knife, remove the onion peel, and the vegetable itself is thoroughly washed under running cold water. We spread it on a cutting board and cut into small cubes or straws. Shredded component is transferred to a clean plate.
Step 6: prepare the garlic.
Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse slightly under running water. Then put the cloves on a cutting board and chop finely. Shredded component is transferred to a clean saucer.
Step 7: Prepare Cayenne Pepper
We wash cayenne pepper under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, remove the tail and after - finely chop it with slices or straws. We shred the chopped vegetable in a free saucer.
Step 8: Prepare Dried Chili Peppers
Spread the chili on a cutting board and cut into small pieces with a knife. We shred the chopped vegetable in a free saucer.
Step 9: prepare fresh herbs.
We carefully wash the greens of parsley, oregano and rosemary under running water. Then, by weight, shake it off excess fluid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and transfer to a clean plate.
Step 10: prepare the beans.
The beans are thrown back into a colander and set aside so that excess liquid is left from the glass.
Step 11: Cooking Gypsy Spicy Soup
We put fat in a saucepan (and preferably in a cauldron) and put the container on medium heat. When the fat warms up well, put all the meat in the pan and, stirring it with a wooden spatula, fry it from all sides. Immediately after this, add chopped lard, onions and bell pepper to the container. Again, mix everything well until smooth and, without stopping, put chopped garlic, cayenne pepper and salt to taste in a pan in a pan. Now that all the components are well mixed, pour the wine into the container, and also add the chili pepper. At the end, spread the chopped tomatoes, beans, sugar and finely chopped greens. Fill our mass with purified cold water, mix well and simmer over low heat until all the ingredients are fully cooked. Attention: to speed up the process, cover the pan with a lid. As soon as the gypsy spicy soup is ready, turn off the burner and can serve it to the dining table.
Step 12: serve gypsy spicy soup.
Using a scoop, pour gypsy spicy soup into deep plates and serve at the dinner table. For such a first dish, it is best to serve slices of fresh fragrant bread, since the soup is really very spicy, it’s breathtaking.
- If you are not a fan of spicy dishes, but would love to try such a soup, you can simply not add cayenne pepper and dried chili pepper to the dish.
- Instead of pork, beef or chicken, you can add other meat to your taste in the soup.
- If you do not have a special pan or cauldron in which you can fry the ingredients, then it is best to use a pan, and then transfer the meat and other components of the soup to a regular deep pan and continue cooking.
- Instead of fresh herbs, you can use dried.
