Cooking pork baked roll in the oven:

Step 1: prepare the pork.

We thoroughly wash the pork under running warm water, wipe it with kitchen paper towels and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, films and excess fat. Now with clean hands, thoroughly rub the component on all sides with salt and then move it into a large bowl. Let him lie there for long.

Step 2: prepare the garlic.

We put the garlic on a chopping board and gently squeeze the edge of the knife. Then with clean hands we remove the husk and rinse under running warm water.
We spread the cloves back onto the cutting board and finely chop the pieces. Pour the crushed components into a free plate.

Step 3: pickle the pork roll.

Put the pork back on a cutting board and sprinkle it with ground black and red pepper on one side. Rub the spices with clean hands and then spread the finely chopped garlic. Attention: this component should be placed on the pulp in a uniform layer. At the end we place the bay leaves here and after that we begin to form the roll.

Further, starting from one edge, we wrap the meat with clean hands, trying to do it as best and denser as possible. Immediately after wrapping the roll with linen rope and briefly set aside.
Now we fill the pan with half ordinary cold water and pour a few pinches of salt here (as if we were cooking soup with you). Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth and carefully place the pork roll here. Close the pan with a lid and put in the refrigerator for 1.5 days. During this time, the meat should be well marinated and soaked in salt and spices.

Step 4: cook the pork baked roll in the oven.

When the pork roll is well marinated, we take it out of the pan and wipe it with kitchen paper towels. Immediately after that we put it in a baking sleeve, here we add a few peas of allspice, bay leaves and be sure to pinch the edges with special clamps. Attention: make sure that air remains inside the structure and the film does not stick to the meat. Now put everything in a baking sheet and then turn on the oven. Important: Be sure to pierce the sleeve in several places with a toothpick or ordinary needle so that steam escapes from the container. When the oven warms up to temperature 180 degrees, put the pan on a medium level and bake pork roll for 3 hours.

After the allotted time, turn off the oven, and take out the container with the help of kitchen tacks and set aside. Carefully free the dish from the polyethylene sleeve and transfer to a clean large bowl. Let it become barely warm. Before serving the roll to the dining table, it must be cooled. Therefore, we wrap the bowl with cling film or cover with a lid matching the diameter of the container rim, and put in the refrigerator 3-5 hours.

Step 5: serve the pork baked roll in the oven.

We take out the chilled pork roll from the refrigerator, put it on a cutting board and use a knife to cut into portions. We move the dish to a special plate and serve it as an appetizer to the dining table. You can treat your friends with this roll along with dishes such as mashed potatoes, boiled rice, baked vegetables, and much more of your choice. Before serving to the festive table, I advise you to decorate the dish with fresh herbs. It turns out tasty and beautiful at the same time!
Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- try to take a soft juicy piece of pork, which after baking will remain just as tender. In addition, choose meat with a layer so that it is convenient to wrap it in a roll;

- so that the baking sleeve does not burn at the base, you can pour a little ordinary cold water into the baking sheet and constantly add it as necessary during cooking;

- if desired, slices of fresh carrots and chopped onions can be added to the roll. Then the dish will turn out with a pleasant vegetable aroma.
