Ingredients for cooking meatloaf in a slow cooker

Cooking meatloaf in a slow cooker:
Step 1: prepare the chicken eggs.
We lay three eggs in a small saucepan and completely fill with water. We put the container on medium heat and after boiling the liquid we detect 10 minutes. We should get hard-boiled eggs.
After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and use the kitchen tacking pot to rearrange the pan into the sink under a stream of cold water. This must be done so that the components are completely cool and it is easy to remove the shell from them.
Then we lay the peeled eggs on a cutting board and with the help of a knife we slightly cut off the edges. So it will be easier for us to connect the components already in the roll itself, so that they lie beautifully. The prepared eggs are transferred to a free plate.
Step 2: prepare the milk.
Pour milk into a Turk and put on medium heat. When the contents of the container boil, immediately turn off the burner. With the help of kitchen gloves, we take a Turk and pour the milk into a deep bowl.
Step 3: prepare the bread.
We tear the slice of the loaf with clean hands into pieces and put them in a bowl with hot milk. Mix everything with a fork and leave the mass for 5 minutes aside.
After the allotted time, carefully drain the excess milk, squeeze the bread with clean hands and for now leave it in the same container.
Step 4: prepare the dill.
We wash the dill under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and immediately pour into a free saucer.
Step 5: prepare onions.
Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and then rinse thoroughly under running warm water. We spread the component on a cutting board and chop it into small cubes very finely. Next, pour the chopped onion into a clean plate.
Step 6: prepare the meat for meatloaf.
In a deep bowl, spread the ground beef, softened bread, chopped onion, finely chopped dill, break the remaining egg, and pour the salt and freshly ground black pepper. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. That's it, the mince is ready, so we can begin to form the meatloaf.
Step 7: prepare the meatloaf in a slow cooker.
On the kitchen table we spread a large segment of cling film. Then we place minced meat in the center and knead it with clean hands so that we get a rectangular layer with a thickness of about 1-1.5 centimeters.
From one end we put boiled eggs in a row, trying to press them tightly against each other.
Now gently lift up the large side of the meat rectangle, touching the cling film with clean hands. So we close the eggs. Further, in order to form a roll, we perform the same operation with the lower edge. We fasten the seams with our hands and immediately twist the dish so that they are at the bottom. We close the holes on the sides of the roll so that the eggs are inside, and only after that we free the dish from the cling film.
Carefully shift it into the baking sleeve, and pinch the edges well with special clips so that air remains inside the structure and the film does not adhere strongly to the roll.
We put the dish in the pan of the multicooker and pour clean cool water here. Close the lid tightly and install Baking mode for 1 hour 15 minutes. Attention: during cooking, the sleeve will increase in size. It should be so, so don’t worry!
After the allotted time has passed, the corresponding signal will sound. Immediately after that, open the multicooker lid, and meatloaf using kitchen tacks we get over the edges and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, carefully cut off the edges of the sleeve so as not to burn yourself, and move the dish using a kitchen spatula onto a special serving plate. Now we cut it into portions and can serve the dining table.
Step 8: serve the meatloaf in a slow cooker.
When the meatloaf has cooled slightly, we serve it to the dining table, optionally decorating with fresh herbs or vegetables. You can treat your friends and relatives with this dish both at the festive and at the usual table, along with mashed potatoes, baked vegetables, boiled rice and other types of cereals. Very tasty and satisfying!
- I recommend serving meatloaf to the dining table in a warm or already chilled form. So it is much tastier;
- instead of ground beef, you can take chicken, pork and beef, turkey or in general a mix;
- in the "Baking" mode should be at least 180 degreesotherwise the roll will have to be cooked much longer than indicated in the recipe;
- to keep the dish in shape, it is best to use home-made minced meat;
- such a roll can be stored in the refrigerator for two days.
