Ingredients for Making Tomato Noodle Soup
Ingredients for 4-6 servings:
- Tomatoes in their own juice 400 ml
- Water 1.5 L
- Onion 1 pc.
- 1 carrot
- Garlic 1 clove.
- Vegetable seasoning 1 tbsp. l
- Noodles 100 g
- Cream (20%) 100 ml
- Greens 2 tbsp. l
- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Main ingredients: Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Garlic, Cream, Greens
- Serving 4-6
Cooking Tomato Noodle Soup:
In a pot over boil water.
Peel the tomatoes.
Cut into pieces.
Send tomatoes to boiling water, pour tomato juice, crush garlic there.
Put the whole carrots and cook the onion over low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove the carrots, cool slightly, cut into slices and send back to the soup.
Add vegetable seasoning or a cube of broth if necessary, salt to taste.
Add the noodles, bay leaf, cook for 4 minutes, until the noodles are ready.
Pour in 100 g of cream, stir to turn off the heat.
Pour the finished soup into plates, add greens to taste. Enjoy your meal!
