Cooking canapes with cherry tomatoes:
Step 1: prepare the tomatoes.
Put the cherry tomatoes in a colander and rinse thoroughly, rinse them under a stream of warm water. After that, dry by fixing the colander by weight to allow excess moisture to drain. And after pure tomatoes, spread out on a cutting board, visually divide into two equal parts, leave one part alone, that is, whole, and cut the second into halves.
Step 2: prepare the mozzarella cheese.
Open the package with mozzarella cheese and remove the small balls, draining the brine in which they were located. Since we immediately took mozzarella mini, we don’t need to cut the cheese, but if you decided to use regular mozzarella, then you need to cut it into small cubes, about the size of about one of the cherry tomatoes that you selected.
Step 3: prepare the feta cheese.
Remove feta cheese from the packaging and cut into small pieces, cubes or slices, at your discretion.
Step 4: prepare the basil.
Rinse the basil under running water and shake. Separate the leaves from the stem, choosing only the most beautiful and green, discarding beginners to wither.
Step 5: collect the canapes.
When all the ingredients are ready, it's time to collect the snack. To do this, string cheese, herbs and cherry tomatoes on special skewers. When forming mozzarella balls, alternate with whole tomatoes, and place the pieces of feta cheese between the two halves of the tomato. With basil leaves, start and finish your snack by framing the rest of the ingredients. When collecting canapes on a skewer, be careful not to crush tomatoes and crush cheese. When everything is ready and your snack looks simply amazing, start serving.
Step 6: serve the cherry tomato canapes.
Place the canapes, strung on skewers, on a large flat dish and set it on the table. Such an appetizer will very well emphasize the taste of good wine or champagne. And, besides the fact that cherry tomatoes in combination with cheeses and basil are very tasty, they also look very impressive on the festive table. Eat with pleasure yourself and treat guests.
