Cooking shrimp with rice in sauce:

In order for the dish to turn out really delicious, you need to properly cook rice. But first, rinse the cereal well several times under running cold water. Then transfer the rice to the pan, pour a couple of glasses of purified water, add a little salt and put everything on the stove. Close the pan with a lid and bring its contents to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook 20 minutes. As soon as the time necessary for cooking the rice passes, turn off the stove, but do not open the pan, let the cereal brew more 5-7 minutes. Then add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well and leave on another 1-2 minutes. As a result, you should get boiled friable rice.

Step 2: Cook the shrimp in the sauce.


Before you start cooking the sauce, prepare the garlic. To do this, separate the desired number of cloves, peel them and grind using a special press.
Now in a pan with a thick bottom, melt the butter and add garlic to it. Mix everything properly and pour in the cream. Bring the liquid to a boil and pour peeled shrimp into the sauce. Do not forget to also salt to taste and season with white ground pepper. Keep cooking over low heat for 7-8 minutes stirring all the time. After this time, the shrimp will boil, but the creamy sauce is still not ready. Therefore, carefully remove the seafood with a slotted spoon and set them aside for a while. And continue to cook the sauce until it slightly thickens, and some of the liquid evaporates. It may take more 5-7 minutes. Then return the shrimp to the boiled cream and remove everything from the heat.

Step 3: Form the dish.


Put the boiled rice in plates in a small pot. Place the shrimp on top of the rice, as if on a pillow, and pour more and more sauce over it. That's all ready, start serving the dish.

Step 4: Serve the shrimp and rice in the sauce.
